Steven’s career in the finance and leasing industry began in 1989. He joined Capital Underwriters with considerable senior management experience gained at one of Canada’s largest equipment lessors. Steven is Senior Vice President Finance and General Manager of the company.

Steven is responsible for all financial aspects of the business in addition to overall management of the company from an administration, personnel and portfolio management perspective. He is an expert in accounting, strategic planning and deal structuring. He has also worked a great deal with the accounting and treasury aspects of securitization.

Steven holds a CMA designation as well as a BCom from McMaster University.
