Scott began his career in 1990 at AT&T Capital, moving to Newcourt Financial in 1998. He's been with Capital Underwriters since 2000, where he specializes in lease financing for manufacturing and production equipment (including woodworking, metalworking, and plastics machinery), and medical equipment and software.

Scott holds a B.A. from the University of Manitoba.
