Darren co-founded Capital Underwriters in 1992 after having worked in several senior management positions in the leasing industry. Darren is a Managing Director of the company.

Darren is a specialist in developing vendor finance programs with a focus on manufacturing & production equipment. As a core specialty, Darren has established Capital Underwriters as an industry leader in the area of financing CNC woodworking, stone and glass production equipment.

In addition to managing several key vendor accounts and direct clients, Darren works very closely with Capital Underwriters's new business development team to create and maintain new equipment vendor programs.

Darren holds a Management Economics degree from the University of Guelph.
