Capital Underwriters Corporation offers a broad array of financing programs both to direct commercial clients and to help manufacturers move high technology equipment through vendor distribution channels to end users. A line of lease and loan products are available, including such features as residual-based leases (off-balance sheet), capital leases and financing equipment add-ons and replacements. We will also buy manufacturers' portfolios of lease receivables.

Our vendor financing programs are tailored to meet the individual needs of each manufacturer. Under formal program agreements, we will train the manufacturer's sales force to use financing to help close sales, and we can provide marketing support on more complex transactions. We also create customized documentation and promotional materials which help stimulate end-user sales.
